Course for High-school Students
Start: 3rd July, 31st July
Duration: This course can be taken for 1, 2, 3, 4 or more weeks.
Levels: all levels
Daily sessions: 4 sessions
Schedule: from 9.00a.m. to 10.00a.m.: Cultural contents (1 daily session)
From 10.00a.m. to 1.00p.m.: Spanish Language (all levels, 3 daily sessions).
This course is aimed towards high-school students who wish to start or widen their Spanish Language training, where teachers focus on a communicative methodology, taking into account the age groups and needs of these students.
Extra-intensive Spanish Language Course
Start: 3rd July, 17th July, 31st July, 14th August, 28th August, 11th September. We recommend A1 level students to start classes the first week of each course.
Duration: 2 weeks
Levels: all levels
Daily sessions: 6 sessions
This course is ideal for students who do not have much time and want to start or expand their knowledge of Spanish and the Spanish and Latin American culture quickly and effectively course, combining the general classes of Spanish language with culture lessons, all this through a dynamic, varied and interactive methodology.
Public holidays (will not be recuperated): 6th January; 13th, 14th and 24th April; 1st May; 12th June; 15th August; 8th September; 12th October; 1st November; 6th and 8th December.
** Important: The Colegio will be closed from 18th December 2019 and will open again on 2nd January 2020.
Advanced Course for Spanish teachers
Start: 3rd July and 17th July (for other dates, consult at the Administration)
Duration: two weeks
Level: teachers or future teachers of Spanish
Daily sessions: 5 sessions
Weekly sessions: 25 sessions
This course is aimed towards teachers or future teachers (non-native) of Spanish, interested in improving their teaching skills and refreshing their knowledge of the language and different cultural contents. The aim of the course is to provide the participants with the necessary tools to apply during the Spanish Language Teaching in an effective, attractive and motivating way.
The course is organized in the following way:

Didactics and Methodology of the Spanish Language: basic concepts of Spanish Language Teaching and Training; approach and program in the classroom; the role of the teacher and the management in the classroom; affective and dynamic aspects in the class.

The four linguistic skills: expression skills (oral and written expression and interaction and interpretation skills (oral and reading comprehension).

The Spanish grammar: the role of the grammar in Spanish Language class, fundamental problems of Spanish grammar for foreign students, processing of mistakes.

Attendance to Spanish Language Courses as a visiting professor.
